Token Collies History --- Our Generations

Above we have: our first three generations and our matriach in centre. Ch Sweet Dignity for Vindicator CD, daughter to BIS Ch Sandpipers Superwave, Top Sire Canada with over 50 Ch's. left to right our third generation as a baby and our second home bred Top Show Dog: eventually she became Am/Cdn Ch Token's Puttin' On the Ritz TT,HC, ROM. beside her her dam, and our second Registry of Merit Excellent, Token' Suffragette TT, ROMX. Another offspring from Star, Ch Token's Goldrush CD, TT,. beside Jesse we have Ch Token Sunnygate Star ROMX and BIS/BISS Ch Token the Magician CD, from our first generation. To the right we have Token's Heartbreak Kid CD, and Ch Alfenloch Buster's Token.

Above right we have our fourth generation included; by now Jesse's kids had predeceased her. Jesse pictured centre, at 12, two years before we lost her. Far right is Ch Token' Secret Rendezvous, beside her her dam "...the Ritz...."; with Joe are the two boys: Ch Token's Only the Pianoplayer (tricolour) and Token's Shiny Toys TT, and the three some at the right be Ch Token's Hot Smoke 'n' Sassafrass CD, Token' Suffragette TT, ROMX, and Token's Heartbreak Kid CD.

Below we have two Specialty Best Brood Bitch wins pictured: one being "Rebel" at the left with "Ritzi" and "Song" (Token' Song Remains the Same). This is the year that "Ritz" won Best Opposite Sex at our National, Dominion Collie. On the right we have "Ritzi" in the same award, Best Brood Bitch, with two of her Champion offspring: Ch. Token's Helter Skelter and Ch Token' Secret Rendezvous. This is the same year that "Ritzi" finished in the U.S., and two years "Ritz" brought us home an Award of Merit from this show.

Welcome to a quick summary of our "generations and history"

No story on our Kennel is complete without including some other well-known family members. Top left is a loving pair of A/C Ch Carnwath's Beat It! "kids" from our '87 litter which gave us 6 Champions. "Logan" (...the Pianoplayer) and "Rachel" (... Hot Smoke 'n ....). By himself in front of our garage door is "Logan", gleaming in the sun. Below to the left is the foundation to North Uist Kennels of Saskatchewan. "Reba" Ch Token' North Uist Step Aside CGC,CD, ROMX. Reba finished 9 ch's out of 12 offspring. Beside her and below is two pictures of her brother, our Beloved "Jasper" Ch Token's Archetype HC, and a third littermate Ch Token's Blueberry Pie gave a gift of two litters to the owner of their sire: Sue Symington of Carnwath Reg'd. We finished 9 champions for their sire, "...Beat It!".
